Getting Started¶
Microanalyst serves a few different purposes which naturally translate into a sequential workflow:
- Collecting data from various Tecan® spreadsheets comprising an experiment
- Augmenting it with external metadata such as a map of genes and control wells
- Value clustering (e.g. binarization)
- Visualization
- Analysis
